golden glazed carrots

Slice the carrots into disks about the same size as each other, so they cook evenly.
Melt the organic butter in a sauté pan, add the carrots.
Toss to combine and reduce the heat to medium.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and little bit of sea salt over the carrots and toss again to combine.
Cover the pot to semi-steam cooking, for another 3 minutes.
Then, uncover and increase heat to medium-high, carrots should be slightly crunchy.
Serves as a side dish.. and enjoy!
